The role:

•You will be looking after the operations of the restaurant on a daily basis.

•Daily briefings, ensuring all team members are familiar with the menu and are offering the best costumer service.

•Responsible for Stock Control and ordering.

•Busy business lunches

•Directly managing a team of up to 10 front of house employees.

•Managing staff training.

•Communication between FOH and BOH

•Working closely with Training & Development Manager to achieve your goals.

What makes a great Restaurant Manager at Yoobi:

•A passion for hospitality

•The confidence to orchestrate up to 200 covers on a busy shift.

•Previous experience as a hands-on hospitality manager, covering all elements of floor management incl. Health & Safety.

•A thorough understanding of high quality guest service.

•A generous, genuine and open manager who will support and develop their team.

•Exceptional customer service skills and fluent English.

•Ambition to excel in your field.

•Innovation and creativity, desire to suggest new ideas and solutions.
